Returns, Warranty and Cancellations
Change of Mind / Cancelling Orders
All products are made to order.
Customers are able to cancel their orders provided the product is not yet being made. A cancellation fee of 25% will be applied for refunds provided in this manner.
No refunds will be given for a change of mind once a product is being made or has been supplied.
If you have changed your mind about the digital display option you have chosen for you dash cluster please contact us and we will work out your options.
Faulty Products
If a product is thought to be faulty, clear pictures of the product will need to be sent to us to analyse the quality of the product supplied.
If the product is deemed to be faulty, the product will be repaired or an entirely new replacement product will be supplied, depending on the severity of the faults.
In either case the original product will need to be shipped back to us if the product is deemed to be faulty.
